Halloween: Dressed To Kill

There was always something strange about my neighborhood. I couldn't quite put my figure on it... Nothing in particular. Just an eerie feeling I would get.

It wasn't until last Halloween that I realized that the feeling, that uneasy feeling, was because of him.
